<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED: <br /> <br />Name and address of claimant: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 823 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />WATER RIGHT <br /> <br />Name of ditch, spring or other structure: Rio Grande (Rio <br />Grande No.1). <br /> <br />Location: Legal description of beginning and end points of <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from <br />confluence with Squaw Creek at lat. 37 deg. 43'29"N long. 107 <br />deg. 15'13"W as the upstream terminus and confluence Clear Clear <br />Creek in NE/4 NW/4 55 T40N R2w N.M.P.M. as the downstream <br />terminus being a distance of approximately 10.0 miles. This seg- <br />ment can be located on the Weminuche Pass, Little Squaw Creek, <br />and Bristol Head (15') U.S.G.S. quadrangle (5). <br /> <br />Priority date: August 16, 1982 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to 1981, and otherwise junior as provided in C.R.S. <br />1973, 37-92-306.
