The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of lat. 39 deg. 47'34"N long. l05 deg. 52'40"W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with <br />Woods Creek at lat. 39 deg. 46'07"N, long. l05 deg. 48'24"W <br />as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approxi- <br />mately 4.3 miles. This segment can be located on the Byers <br />Peak and Berthoud Pass U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in Sec. 15 T3S <br />R76W 6th P.M.; downstream terminus in the SW/4 Sec. 20 T3S R75W <br />6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
