North, and Longituide 106 degrees, 2 minutes, 15 seconds West,
Jackson County, Col"orado ~ said segment being 8.4 miles more or
less.

Administration: For the stream segments in an unsurveyed
area, the Division Engineer has determined for administrative
purposes that the approximate legal description of the minimum
stream flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as
follows: upstream terminus in the Southwest 1/4 of section 17,
T5N, R76W of the 6th P.M., Jackson county, Colorado~
downstream terminus in the Northwest 1/4 of section 9, T5N,
R77W of the 6th P.M., Jackson County, Colorado.

4. The source of the water is:

Jack Creek, tributary to Illinois River, tributary to Michigan
River, tributary to North Platte River.

5. The date of appropriation is:

May 8, 1992.

6. The appropriation was initiated by:

COlorado Water conservation Board action pursuant to C.R.S.
37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3), (4), and (10).

7. The water was applied to ,beneficial use on:

May 8, 1992.
8. The amount of water awarded is:

8.5 cfs, Absolute, from May 1 through August 15, each year~
4.0 cfs, Absolute, from August 16 through October 31, each
