This is NOT a decree for your water rights, but is merely the Referee's recommended ruling that a decree enter. You should not record the enclosed ruling or rulings, but should wait until the decree or decrees enter and you are furnished copies, which will be in about 30 days from the time you .receiv~ the within ruling or rulings. Please read the enclosed ruling or rulings very carefully. If you are dissatisfied with the amount of water decreed, you may protest the ruling within 20 days from the date of the ruling you object to. If you discover any errors, other than the amount of water you claim to be entitled to, plexse notify the Water Clerk immediately. If no protest is filed or request made for correction of errors, a decree will enter after 20 days and probably within 30 days. If you have sold the land on which the water rights are located or with which the rights are used, it is essential that the new o~~er be substituted as applicant AT ONCE. This will be done upon the filing with the Water Clerk, in quadruplicate, of a motion for substitution of applicant, signed.by both your- self and the new owner or owners, also the new owners address, necessary for mailing purposes, and supported by a copy of the recorded deed conveying to the new owner. The motion for substitution must be accompanied by a form or order for the sub- stitution, and must be filed within 20 days after date of the enclosed Rulings, so that the new owner may be shown as applicant in the decree or decrees. If you have more than one application' filed involving the substitution of applicants, a separate motion and order, in quadruplicate, must be filed for each application. If decrees are entered without substitution of a new owner, it is too late to apply for substitution of applicant, and no substitutions will be made after decree enters.
