The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the SW/4 NE/4 <br />sec. 20 TlON R72W 6th P.M. as the upstream terminus and <br />extending to the confluence with Middle Fork Rabbit Creek <br />at lat. 40 deg. 49'34"N, long. 105 deg. 20'48"W as the <br />downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 12.5 <br />miles. This segment can be located on the Hastack Gulch j <br />and Livermore Mountain U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Downstream terminus in the NE/4 <br />NE/4 sec. 21, TlON R7lW 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
