This segment can be located on the Summitville. Elwood Pass. Beaver Creek Res. U.S.G.S. quadrangle. d. There is no means of diversion. the claim being to a minimum stream flow of (S-May 1 thru Sept. 30; W-Oct. 1 thru April 30) 58. W6 cubic feet/second of water per second of time. in place in the stream bed. e. The date of initiation of SUCh appropria- tion pursuant to the action of applicant under the provision of C.R.S. 1913. 31-92-102(3). and 31-92-103(3). (4) and (10) is July 8. 1980. on which date the water of said stream was first applied to beneficial use to maintain the minimum stream flow required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable aegree. f.
