<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CWCB <br />Cascade <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />Cascade Creek instream flow. <br />2;:c~~ The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of the NW/4, SW/4, Sec. 26, T7N, R72W, 6th P.M. as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with <br />BUCkhorn Creek in the NW/4, SE/4, Sec. 15, T7N, R72W, 6th <br />P.M. as the downstream terminus, being a distance of <br />approximately 2.4 miles. This segment can be located on <br />the Crystal Mountain U.S.G.S. quadrangle. <br /> <br />3. The source of water: <br /> <br />Cascade Creek <br /> <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br />November 14, 1989 <br /> <br />5. The amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />1.0 c.f.s. (May 1 - August 31), 0.5 c.f.s. (September 1 - <br />October 31), 0.25 c.f.s. (November 1 - April 30) <br /> <br />6. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1989 Supp.).
