Incidental domestic use aquifer recharge and for augmen- <br />tation of the purposes described) and stora9~ in connection <br />..it.h such uses. <br /> <br />4. The bu~rd f~rther a~reps th)t: (I) if any present <br />restrictions on the use of pre- or ~ostcompact reservoirs <br />are rem~ved; or (2) If definite and certain plans involving <br />practices not covered in 2.d through d. are developed;. then. <br />the board shall. in gOOd faith. consider entering into fur- <br />ther stipulations with the Wat~r Jsers in regard to those <br />new plans. <br /> <br />5. This stipulatio, and a~reement establishes no <br />general ~rinciple or precedent with respect to any other <br />interstate stream. <br /> <br />6. This stipulation and agreement is not intended <br />t~ limit any other lawful uses which the Water Users might <br />otherwise be entitled to make of their water rights. <br /> <br />7. The board does not waive its ri;ht to Object to <br />any present or future uses of wdter rights or any part thereof. <br />not in accordance with paragraph 2 and 3 above and not in <br />f~rtherance of the goals of this stipulation. <br /> <br />B. 8, entering into this stipulation. the Water <br />Users agree not to oppose in any manner the said water rights <br />perfected by the board on Auqust lb. 1982. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />9.
