No statements of opposition were filed to this app1 ication.

ThE: applicant and che Rio Grande Water Users Association
entered into a stipulated agreement dated March 10. 1983 whereby
tne applicant agreed to subordinate the water rights for the
stream segment listed in this oppl ication to certain practices of
the water users for the purpose of maximizing the beneficial use
of the water availahle for use in Colorado under the Rio Grande
Canlpa:t. (

All matters contained in the application have been reviewed
and testimony taken where SUCh testimony is necessary and the
court finds tnat the statements contained in the application are
true anj that applicant is entitled to the water right requested
in the appl ication.
