The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the <br />vicinity of lat. 40'47'57" North. long. 105'59'48" West as the upstream <br />terminus and extending to a point 1,900 feet South 44' East from the <br />southeast corner of section 20, Township 10N6reh,Range 76 West, 6th <br />P.M., Larimer County as the downstream term1nus being a distance of <br />approximately 3.4 miles. This segment can be located on the Glendevey <br />U.S.G.S. quadrangle. <br /> <br />The Division Engineer has determined for administrative <br />purposes that the approximate legal description of the instream flow <br />upstream terminus as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is in the SE1/4. <br />section 26. Township 10 North. Range 77, 6th P.M. <br /> <br />4. The source of water: <br /> <br />pine creek tributary to the Laramie River <br /> <br />5. The date of appropriation: <br /> <br />September 5. 1986 <br /> <br />6. The amount of water: <br /> <br />1.0 cubic foot per second absolute <br /> <br />7. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to <br />preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-102 (3) and 103 (3) and (4) C.R.Si1973. No diversion <br />of the water right herein shall be made from the natural stream <br />channel. <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall install and maintain such measuring <br />devices and maintain such records as the Division Engineer may require <br />for administration of this right. <br />
