I <br /> <br />~ <br />I! ------------ <br /> <br />JUDGMENT AND DECREE <br /> <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR WATER RIGHTS OF THE <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE <br />OF THE STATE OF COLORADO <br /> <br />IN THE BLUE RIVER, <br />A NATURAL STREAM <br /> <br />IN THE WATERSHED OF THE BLUE RIVER <br /> <br />IN SUMMIT COUNTY <br /> <br />----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />THIS CLAIM, having been filed with the Water Clerk, Water <br />Division' No. 5, on December 23, 1987 with an amended application <br />having been filed on August 8, 1988 and the court being fully <br />advised in the premises, does hereby find: <br /> <br />All notices required by law of the filing of this applica- <br />tion and its amendments having been fulfilled, and the court has <br />jurisdiction of this application. <br /> <br />Objector City and County of Denver Board of Water Commis- <br />sioner submitted its Motion to Withdraw Statement of Opposition <br />on October 25, 1988. <br /> <br />All disputed issues between the remaining parties have been <br />resolved pursuant to the settlement agreements annexed hereto as <br />exhibits A-F. The terms and conditions of said agreements are <br />incorporated herein and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />All matters contained in the application having been <br />reviewed, and testimony having been taken where such testimony is <br />necessary, and such corrections made as are indicated by the evi- <br />dence presented here, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED: <br /> <br />Name and address of the claimant: <br />
