<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That in accordance with the <br />Stipulation ~ntered into by Applicant and Objector, the <br />Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District, and filed <br />in this Court on October 15, 1979, the decree to be entered <br />herein shall not interfere with, and shall be subject to, <br />all senior decrees of, and exchanges made by, the Southeastern <br />Colorado Water Conservancy District for the use and benefit of <br />the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project authorized by Public Law.85-590, <br />87th Congress, ;md the operation thereof pursuant to the Operat- <br />ing Principles contained in House Document No. 130, 87th Congress, <br />First Session, nor shall it be used as the basis of an objection <br />to a change of water right proceedings and'exchanges initiated <br />.by the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy. District.' <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That Applicant shall install <br /> <br />and maintain such water measurement devices, recording devices, <br />content gauges and inlet and outlet measurement and recording <br /> <br />devices, as the case may be, as are deemed ess~ntial by the <br /> <br />Office of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed <br />and operated in.accordance with instructions from said Office. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED.That copies of this. ruling <br />shall be mailed as provided by statute. <br />Dated and filed with the Water Clerk this 24th day <br />of January, A.
