RULING OF REFEREE

IN LAKE COUNTY.

Pursuant to Order.of Referral filed and entered. in
the above case on December 29, 1977, the undersigned Water
Referee, having investigated the matter of the Application
on file herein, hereby makes the following findings and

ruling'thereon:

FINDINGS OF FACT

1. That the said Application was filed on December 29,

1977.

2. . That the Water Clerk ca)1sed' publication of such
filing as 'provided by statute; that the time for filing
Statements of Opposition expired on the last day of February,
1978, and that such a statement was filed on February 27,
1978, by Howard Holme, Attorney at Law, on behalf of the
Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District.
.3. That on March 16, 1978, the undersigned Water
Referee re-referred the case tothe'Wa~er Judge pursuant to
the authority granted the said Referee in C.R.S. 1973,

. 37-92-303 (2).

4. That on December 20', 1979, the said District with-
drew its objection, and on December 28, 1979, the IVater Judge
remanded the case to the undersigned Water Referee for investi-
gation andru1ing thereon.
