This segment can be located on the Mt. Wilson, Gray Head <br />U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segment(s) in an unsurveyed <br />area, the division engineer has determined for administrative <br />purposes that the approximate legal description of the instream <br />flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. Planimetric (1:31,680) <br />mapping is as follows: Upstream terminus in the SE/4 SE/4 NW/4 <br />S4 T4lN R10W NMPM approximately 2580 ft. East of West Line; 2110 <br />ft. South of North Line; downstream terminus in the NW/4 SW/4 <br />NE/4 S36 T43N R10W NMPM approximately 2590 ft. West of East <br />Line; 1630 ft. South of North Line. <br /> <br />Priority date: July 13, 1984 provided, however, that this <br />right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases filed <br />prlor to 1984, and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Instream flow amount: 3.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
