The source of the water is: <br /> <br />Willis Gulch, tributary to the Arkansas River. <br /> <br />4. <br />Claimed. <br /> <br />Legal description of the stream segment through which an instream flow is <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the confluence of an unnamed <br />tributary at latitude 390 01' 37"N and longitude 106025' 54"Was <br />the upstream terminus and extending to the confluence of Lake <br />Creek at latitude 390 04' 03"N and longitude 1060 23' 23"W as the <br />downstream terminus, being adistance of approximately 4.1 miles. <br />This segment can be located OIi the Mount Elbert U.s.G.S. <br />quadrangle. <br /> <br />For the stream segments in an unsurveyed area, the Division <br />Engineer has determined for administrative purposes that the <br />approximate legal description of the instream flow termini as <br />protracted from U.S.G.S. and/or U.S.F.S. mapping is as follows: <br />upstream terminus in the SW SE, S3, T12S, R8lW, 6th P.M. 400 <br />feet from the South section line and 2500 feet from the East section <br />line; downstream terminus in NE NW, S30, TI1S, R80W, 6th P.M., <br />500 feet from the North section line and 2800 feet from the East <br />section line. <br /> <br />5. Use of the water: <br /> <br />Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />6.
