Water Division No.3. on the 28th of December. 1982. All notices required by law of the fil ing of this application have been fulfilled. and the court has jurisdiction over the applica- tion. No statements of opposition were filed to the application. All m~tter contained in the application has been reviewed and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the court finds that the statements contained in the application are true and that appl icant is entitled to the water right requested in the application.
