The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of lat. 39 ~eg. 37'09"N, long. 105 deg. 41'09"W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with Chi- <br />cago Creek at lat. 39 deg. 4.l'37~'N, long. 10,5 deg. 37.'01"W <br />as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approxi- <br />mately 7.0 miles. This segment can be located on the Mt. <br />Evans, Georgetown and Idaho Springs U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in Sec. 16 T5S <br />R74W 6th P.M.; downstream terminus in the NE/4 NE/4 Sec. 24 T4S <br />R74W 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
