<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />2. The appl icant recognizes that the water rights <br />of the objector which are the subject of adjudication in <br />case No. 79 CW 148. Water Division No.6. have been applied <br />to consistent beneficial use since 1954 to supply four fish <br />ponds. <br /> <br />3. The applicant hereby subordinates the water <br />right which is the subject of the application herein to the <br />water rights of the objector specified in 79 CW 14B. Water <br />Division No.6 providing said water rights continue to be <br />applied to their historic use. <br /> <br />4.
