(1973). <br /> <br />Flow amount claimed: <br />September 30); 10.0 c.f.s. <br /> <br />30.0 c.f.s. - summer (May 1 through <br />- winter (October 1 through April 30) <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
