CONCERNING THE APPLICATION FOR WATER RIGHTS OF:

IN CONEJOS COUNTY

THIS MATTER came to the attention of the Referee on this
day pursuant to communications with Melinda Kassen, Attorney
for the Applicant, concerning a possible correction to be made
on the Referee's Report and Ruling which entered on April 8,
1986; and the Referee after having considered the same;

DOTH FIND that such request for correction is well taken
and accordingly be granted and that the Referee's Report and
Ruling for the South Fork Conejos River be amended as follows:

Location: Legal Description of beginning and end points
of minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel
from headwaters at Glacier Lake at lat. 37 deg. 15'34"N, long.
106 deg. 35'14"W as the upstream terminus and the confluence
with the Conejos River in the NW/4 NW/4 S6, T 34 N, R 5 E,
NMPM as the downstream terminus being a distance of approximately
12.6 miles. This segment can be located on the Platoro,
Chama Peak (15') and Spectacle Lake U.S.G,S, quadrangle(s).

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Referee's Report and
Ruling which entered on April 8, 1986, is amended by this Order
in accordance to the above-stated findings.
