That the said Application was filed on December 29, <br /> <br />1977 . <br /> <br />2. That the lVater Clerk caused publication of such filing, ~"0 <br />as provided by statute; that the time for filing Statements of <br />Opposition expired on the last day of February, 1971\, and that <br /> <br />such a statement was filed by the Southeastern Colorado lVater ' <br /> <br />. "',.' <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />Conservancy District. <br /> <br />~~j <br /> <br />3. That on ~larch 17, 197R, the undersigned lVater REi"feree <br />re-referred the case to the lVater Judge pursuant to the authority <br />granted the said Referee in C.R,S. 1973, 37-92-303(2). <br />4.
