L~gal description of the stream segment through which <br />an instream flow is claimed, <br /> <br />The natural stream chann~l from the confluence of the <br />W~st Fork Pinos Creek and the East Fork pinos Creek in <br />the SW/4 SE/4"Sec. 1, T3BN, R4*E, N.M.P.M. as the <br />u~stream termu~us and extending to the confluence of <br />B~nnett Creek'~nt~e SW/4 SE/4, Sec. 29, T39N, R5E, <br />N.M.P.M. as the .downstream terminus, being a distance <br />of approximately 2.9 miles. This segment can be locat- <br />ed on the Horseshoe Mountain U.S.G.S. quadrangle and ;~ <br />depicted on Exhibit A. <br /> <br />5. Use of the water: <br /> <br />Instream flow to preserve, the natural environment to a <br />reasonable degree. <br /> <br /> <br />6. Date of initiation of appropriation: <br />March 9, 1994. <br /> <br />7. The Colorado Water Conservation Board first app~;ed the <br />water to the above benef;cial use on March 9, 1994, under the <br />provisions of C.R.S. (1990) ~~ 37-92-102(3), <br />37-92-103 (3), (4), and (10). <br /> <br /> <br />8. ~mount of water claimed (ABSOLUTE): Instream flow of <br />5.50 c.f.s (April 1 - October 15); 2.50 c.f.s. (October l.6 - <br />March 31) . <br /> <br />9.
