This segment <br />can be located on the Boreas Pass U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer for <br />Water Division 5 has translated the segment thus described <br />into approximate protracted section, township, and range <br />locations from U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream <br />terminus in the NE/4 NW/4 S8 T75 R76W 6th P.M., more spe- <br />cifically at a point whence the NW corner of Sl T75 R77W <br />bears 561 ODE a distance of 13,250 ft.; downstream terminus <br />in the NW/4 5E/4 525 T6S R77W 6th P.M., more specifically <br />at a point whence the SW corner of S36 T6S R77W bears N22 <br />30E a distance of 7,175 ft. <br /> <br />c. (1) Date of initiation of appropriation: November 8, <br />1985. <br /> <br />(2) Date water applied to beneficial use: Water was first <br />applied to beneficial use on November 8, 1985, pursuant to <br />S 37-92-103(4), C.R.S.
