<br />. <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />Legal description of the stream segment through which an <br />instream flow is claimed: The natural stream channel from <br />headwaters in the vicinity of lat. 39 deg. 32'51"N, long. <br />105 deg. 54'26"W as the upstream terminus and extending to <br />the confluence with the Snake River in the SE/4 NW/4 S23 <br />T5S R77W 6th P.M. as the downstream terminus, being a dis- <br />tance of approximately 6.4 miles. This segment can be <br />located on the Keystone U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer for <br />Water Division 5 has translated the segment thus described <br />into approximate protracted section, township, and range <br />locations from U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream <br />terminus in the SW/4 SE/4 S5 T6S R76W 6th P.M., more spe- <br />cifically at a point whence the SW corner of S6 T6S R76 W <br />bears N85 OOE a distance of 8,600 ft. <br /> <br />c. (1) Date of initiation of appropriation: March 14, 1986. <br /> <br />(2) Date water applied to beneficial use: Water was first <br />applied to beneficial use on March 14, 1986, pursuant to S <br />37-92-103(4), C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />(3) How appropriation was initiated: By applicant's <br />approval of its staff's final recommendations at a regu- <br />larly scheduled meeting, subsequent to having requested and <br />considered recommendations from the Division of Wildlife, <br />and the Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation. <br /> <br />d. Amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />Instream flow of 1.5 c.f.s. absolute. <br /> <br />10.a. Name of natural stream: North Fork Snake River. (Orig- <br />inal Case No. 86 CW 93) <br /> <br />b. Location: <br /> <br />Legal description of the stream segment through which an <br />instream flow is claimed: The natural stream channel from <br />the Snake River Falls at lat. 39 deg. 38'25"N, long. 105 <br />deg. 52'52"W as the upstream terminus and extending to the <br />confluence with the Snake River at lat. 39 deg. 36'18"N, <br />long. 105, deg. 56'29"W as the downstream terminus, being a <br />distance of approximately 4.5 miles.
