<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />..., <br /> <br />92CW53 <br />CWCB R~NG/DECREE (ROCK CREEK (LITTLE WILLOW CREEK)) <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />terminus of said natural channel at the headgate of Darcy <br />Ditch located at Latitude 40 degrees, 23 minutes, 30 seconds <br />North, and Longitude 106 degrees, 15 minutes, 8 seconds West, <br />Jackson County, Col-orado; said segment being 3.1 miles more or <br />less. <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments in an unsurveyed <br />area, the Division Engineer has determined for <br />administrative purposes that the approximate legal description <br />of the minimum stream flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. <br />mapping is as follows: upstream terminus in the Northeast 1/4 <br />of Section 32, T5N, R79W of the 6th P.M., Jackson County, <br />Colorado; downstream terminus in the Southwest 1/4 of section <br />22, TSN, R79W of the 6th P.M., Jackson county, Colorado. <br /> <br />4. The source of the water is: <br /> <br />Rock Creek (Little Willow Creek), tributary to willow Creek, <br />tributary to Illinois River, tributary to MiChigan River, <br />tributary to North Platte River. <br /> <br />5. The date of appropriation is: May 8, 1992. <br /> <br />6. The appropriation was initiated by: <br /> <br />Colorado Water conservation Board action pursuant to C.R.S. <br />37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3), (4), and (10). <br /> <br />7. The water was applied to beneficial use on: <br />May 8, 1992. <br />8. The amount of water awarded is: <br /> <br />1.0 cfs, Absolute, from April 1 through October 31, each year; <br />and 0.50 cfs, Absolute, from November 1 through March 31, each <br />year. <br /> <br />9. The use of water is: <br /> <br />Minimum stream flow to preserve the environment to a <br />reasonable degree. <br /> <br />10. Applicant shall not oppose, object to, or protest a change in <br />point of diversion of an absolute water right upstream from its <br />decreed point of diversion to a new point of diversion within the <br />reach of the minimum stream flow decree applied for, when the owner <br />of such water right (a) is entitled to extend the head of such <br />ditch upstream pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. 37-86-111, or <br />
