There is no means of diversion, the claim <br />being to a minimum stream flow of 2 cubic feet/second of <br />water per second of time, in place in the stream bed. <br /> <br />e. The date of initiation of such appropria- <br />tion pursuant to the action of applicant under the provision <br />of C.R.S. 1973. 37-92-102(3), and 37-92-103(3).
