54'01"N, long. 106 deg. 52'50"W as the upstream terminus and the
confluence with the East River at lat. 38 deg. 52'50"N, long. 106
deg. 54'28"W as the downstream terminus being a distance of
approximately 2.3 miles. This segment can be located on the
Gothic U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s).

B. The stream segment referred to in paragraph (A) above
has been subdivided as follows for purposes of identifying the
flow amounts claimed as to each segment:

i. (segment l) the natural stream channel from the
confluence with West Brush Creek at lat. 38 deg. 54'01"N, long.
l06 deg. 52'50"W as the upstream terminus arid the Jarvis D. Head-
gate at lat. 38 deg. 53'l9"N, 106 deg. 53'50"W as the downstream
terminus, being a distance of approximately l.4 miles. This
segment can be located on the Gothic U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s);

ii. (segment 2) the natural stream channel from the
Jarvis D. Headgate at lat. 38 deg. 53'19"N, l06 deg. 53'50"W as
the upstream terminus and the confluence with the East River a,t
lat. 38 d~g. 52'50"N, long. l06 deg. 54'28"W as the downstream
terminus, being a distance of approximately 0.9 miles. This
segment can be located on the Gothic U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s).

Priority date: June 3, 1982, provided, however, that this
right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases filed
prior to 1983, and otherwise junior as provided in section
37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973).
