This segment can be located on the <br />Gothic U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />B. The stream segment referred to in paragraph (A) above <br />has been subdivided as follows for purposes of identifying the <br />flow amounts claimed as to each segment: <br /> <br />i. (segment l) the natural stream channel from the <br />confluence with West Brush Creek at lat. 38 deg. 54'01"N, long. <br />l06 deg. 52'50"W as the upstream terminus arid the Jarvis D. Head- <br />gate at lat. 38 deg. 53'l9"N, 106 deg. 53'50"W as the downstream <br />terminus, being a distance of approximately l.4 miles. This <br />segment can be located on the Gothic U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s); <br /> <br />ii. (segment 2) the natural stream channel from the <br />Jarvis D. Headgate at lat. 38 deg. 53'19"N, l06 deg. 53'50"W as <br />the upstream terminus and the confluence with the East River a,t <br />lat. 38 d~g. 52'50"N, long. l06 deg. 54'28"W as the downstream <br />terminus, being a distance of approximately 0.9 miles. This <br />segment can be located on the Gothic U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Priority date: June 3, 1982, provided, however, that this <br />right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases filed <br />prior to 1983, and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S.
