This segment can be located on <br />the Elk Creek U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments(s) in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the division engineer has determined for administra- <br />tive purposes that the approximate legal description of the in- <br />stream flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. mapping is as <br />follows: upstream terminus in the NE/4 SW/4 NE/4 sec. 19 T38N, <br />R9W, N.M.P.M.; downstream terminus in the NE/4 SW/4 SE/4 sec. 35 <br />T38N, RI0W, N.M.P.M. <br /> <br />Priority date: May 15, 1987 provided, however, that this <br />ri~ht shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases filed <br />prIor to May 15, 1987, and otherwise junior as provided in <br />section 37-92-306, C.R.S.
