ORDER

CONCERNING THE APPLICATION FOR WATER RIGHTS OF THE COLORADO
WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE
OF COLORADO

IN MINERAL AND RIO GRANDE COUNTIES

THIS MKTTER came to the attention of the undersigned
Referee on this day pursuant to oral communications and an oral
motion to amend the Referee's Reports and Rulings from the
office of the Attorney General and the Referee after having
considered the same;

DOTH FIND that the Referee's Reports and Rulings
entered on March 19, 1982, for the above-stated cases stated
"cubic/feet/foot" and, should be corrected to read "cubic feet/
second" .

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that amended Referee's Reports
and Rulings'should enter in accordance with the above finding.
