A statement of opposition was filed by Climax Molybdenum company, which was not timely and was withdrawn. A Statement of Opposition was timely filed by the city of Golden. A stipulation and motion to withdraw statement of opposition was signed by this objector and filed with the Court on September 14, 1990. No other Statement of Opposition was filed, and the time for filing such statements has expired. On March 31, 1988, through his summary of consultation, the Division Engineer recommended that approval of the above- captioned, application be granted.
