Legal description of the stream segment through which an instream flow is

The natural stream channel from the confluence of Trapper Creek and Northwater
Creek at latitude 390 37' 20"N and longitude 108000' 42"W, (SW SW SEC 12,
T5S, R95W, 6th P.M.)(90 feet west of east section line of Section 12 and 415 feet
north of south section line of Section 12) as the upstream tenninus and extending
to the confluence of Corral Gulch at latitude 390 37' ll"N and longitude 108002'
22"W, (NW NE SEC 15, T5S, R95W, 6th P.M.)(2500 feet west of east section line
of Section 15 and 475 feet south of north section line Section 15) as the
downstream tenninus, being a distance of approximately 1.7 miles. This segment
can be located on the Forked Gulch U.S.G.S. quadrangle.

Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree.

6. Date of initiation of appropriation:

January 26, 2000.

7. The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on January 26,2000, by
action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board under the provision of C.R.S. SS 37-92-102(3),
37-92-103(3), (4), (10).

June 30); 1.6 c.f.s. (July I - August 31); 0.9 c.f.s. (September I - October 14); 0.5 c.f.s.
