(1990 Repl. <br />Vol. 15). All notices of the filing of this Application which <br />are required by law have been fulfilled and the Referee has <br />jurisdiction of this Application. <br /> <br />On March 5, 1993, the Division Engineer submitted a Sum- <br />mary of Consultation recommending approval of the Application. <br /> <br />A Statement of Opposition was filed by sixteen (16) indi- <br />viduals. Fifteen of the sixteen individual Objectors have en- <br />tered into a stipulation with the Applicant which was approved by <br />the Referee on May 20, 1994. <br /> <br />To resolve the objectors' concerns with the Application <br />filed in this case, the CWCB has agreed that: <br /> <br />a. it will not oppose, object to or protest an applica- <br />tion filed by any of the Objectors in this case who wish to <br />change any current point of diversion, located within the <br />minimum stream flow reach applied for in this case, to a <br />new point of diversion So long as the Objector is entitled <br />to extend the head of such ditch pursuant to the provisions <br />of C.R.S. 37-86-111. <br /> <br />b.
