instream flow is claimed: The natural stream channel from
headwaters at a natural lake at lat. 39 deg. 25'23"N, long.
106 deg, 06'32"W as the upstream terminus and-extending to
the confluence with the Blue River at lat, 39 deg, 26'32"N,
long, 106 deg, 02'13"W as the downstream terminus, being a
distance of approximately 3,4 miles. This segment can be
located on the Breckenridge U,S.G.S. quadrangle(s),

For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer for
Water Division 5 has translated the segment thus described
into approximate protracted section, township, and range
locations from U,S,G,S, mapping as follows: Upstream
terminus in the SE/4 SE/4 S2l T7S R78W 6th P,M" more spe-
cifically at a point whence the NE corner of S2 T7S R98W
bears S29 30W a distance of 22,975 ft,; downstream terminus
in the NW/4 SE/4 S18 T7S R77W 6th P.M" more specifically
at a point whence the NW corner of S7 T7S R77W bears S24
30E a distance of 8,750 ft,
