Pursuant to Order of Referral filed and entered in

the above case on Ilecember 29, 1977, the undersigned Water

Referee, having investigated the matter of the Application

on file Ilerein, hereby makes the following findings and

ruling thereon:

1. That the said Application "as filed on December 29,

1977 .

2. That the \Vater Clerk caused publication of such filing
as provided by statute; that the ti~e for filing Statements of
Opposition expired on the last day of February, 1978, and that
such a state~ent "as filed by the Southeastern ColOrado \Vater

Conservancy ryistrict.

3. That on !.larch 17, 1978, the undersigned Water Referee

re-referred the case to the Water Judge pursuant to the authority.
granted the said lleferee in C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-303(2).
4. That on December 20, 1979, tJle said District withdrew
its objection, and on Ilecember 23, 1979, the Water .ludge re~
