IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR WATER RIGHTS OF THE
COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE
OF THE STATE OF COLORADO

IN SOUTH CLEAR CREEK, A NATURAL STREAM
IN THE WATERSHED OF CLEAR CREEK

IN CLEAR CREEK COUNTY

THIS CLAIM, having been filed with the Water Clerk, Water
Division NO.1, on December 21, 1987 and the Referee being fully
advised in the premises, does hereby find:

All notices required by law of the filing of this applica-
tion have been fulfilled, and the Referee has jurisdiction over
this application.

A Statement of Opposition was timely filed by the City of
Golden. A motion to withdraw statement of opposition was signed
by this objector and filed with the Court on September 14, 1990.
No other Statement of Opposition was filed, and the time for
filing such statements has expired.

On March 31, 1988, through his summary of consultation, the
Division Engineer recommended that approval of the above-
captioned application be granted.

All. matters contained in the application having been
reviewed, and testimony having been taken where such testimony is
necessary, and such corrections made as are indicated by the evi-
dence presented here, IT IS HEREBY THE RULING OF THE REFEREE:
