This segment <br />can be located on the Slide Creek and Pagoda U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangles. <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the Division Engineer has determined for <br />administrative purposes that the approximate legal <br />description of the instream flow termini as pro- <br />tracted from U.S.G.S mapping is as follows: upstream <br />terminus in the NW/4, NE/4, sec. 36, T3N, R90W, 6th <br />P.M.; downstream terminus in the SE/4, NW/4. sec. 31, <br />T4N, R89W, 6th P.M. <br /> <br />4. The source of the water is: <br /> <br />The South Fork Williams Fork River, tributary to the <br />Yampa River. <br /> <br />5. The date of appropri&tion is: <br /> <br />September 16, 1992. <br /> <br />6. The appropriation was initiated by: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board action pursuant <br />to the provisions of sections 37-92-102(3), <br />37-92-103(3), (4), and (10), C.R.S.
