The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the National patk Boundry <br />in the SW/4 NW/4 sec. 2, T3N, R7~W, 6th P.M. a~ the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with <br />Cabin Creek in the NW/4 NVI/4 sec. 12, T3N, R73W, 6th P.M. <br />as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approxi- <br />mately 1.4 miles. This segment can be located on the <br />Long's Peak and AlIens Park U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />3. The source of water: <br /> <br />Roaring Fork Creek <br /> <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br /> <br />December 11, 1987 <br /> <br />5. The amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />Instream flow 0: 1.0 c.f.s. (May 1 through Oct. 31); 0.5 <br />c.f.s. (Nov. 1 through Apr. 30). <br /> <br />6. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are reauired to Dreserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1987 Supp.).
