<br />FINDINGS OF FACT
<br />
<br />That the said AJplication was filed on December 29,
<br />I
<br />
<br />.1977.
<br />
<br />2. That the Water Clerk caused publication of such filing
<br />I
<br />as provided by'statute; that the time for filing Statements of
<br />I
<br />Opposition expired on the last day of February, 1978, and that
<br />I .
<br />such a statement was filed on February 27, 1978, by H,~ward Holme,
<br />I
<br />Attorney at Law, on behalf of the Southeastern Colorado Water
<br />r
<br />Conservancy Dis trict. I
<br />I
<br />3. That on March 16, 1978, the undersigned Water Referee
<br />i
<br />re-referred the case to the Water Judge pursuant to the authority
<br />I
<br />gr,anted the said Referee lin C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-303(2).
<br />I .
<br />4. That on December 20, 1979, the said District withdrew
<br />I
<br />its objection, and on De~ember 28, 1979, the Water Judge remanded
<br />,
<br />,
<br />the case to the undersig~ed .Water Referee for investigation and
<br />
<br />ruling thereon.
