N.M.P.M. as the upstream terminus and confluence Beaver Creek in SE/4 SW/4 sec. 34. T39N. R3E. N.M.P.M. as the downstream terminus. being a dis- tance of approximately 4.7 miles. This segment can be locat- ed on the Del Norte Peak, Beaver Creek, Res. U.S.G.S. quadrangle. d. There is no means of diversion. the claim being to a minimum stream flow of 4 cubic feet/second of water per second of time. in place in the stream bed. e. The date of initiation of suCh appropria- tion pursuant to the action of applicant under the provision of C.R.S. 197J. 37-92-102(3). and 37-92-103(3).
