Planimetric (1:31,680) <br />mapping is as follows: Upstream terminus in the SE/4 NW/4 SE/4 <br />S8 T46N R6W NMPM approximately 1640 ft. West of East Line; 1500 <br />ft. North of South Line. <br /> <br />Priority date: May 4, 1984 provided, however, that this <br />right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases filed <br />pr~or to 1984, and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Instream flow amount: 25.0 c.f.s. - summer (June 1 - Octo- <br />ber 31); 15.0 c.f.s. - winter (November 1 - May 31). <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
