On July 15. 1983 the court entered an order granting relief from strict conformity with local court rule 2-4(1) by allowing the applicant to describe stream segments in unsurveyed areas by longitude and latitude. On July 21. 1983. tn~ applicant filed a first supple- ment to tne application reflecting the incorporation by reference of an informational map showing the relative location of tne instream flow segment claimed in the application. All notices required by law for the filing of this application have been ful- filled. and the court has juriSdiction over the application. N~ statements of opposition were filed to tnis application. All matters contained in tne application have been reviewed and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the court finds that the statements c~ntained in the application are true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested in the application.
