The natural stream channel form the confluence of Cripple Creek at <br />latitude 380 39' 59" N and longitude 1050 13' 42" W as the upstream terminus and <br />extending to the confluence of Trail Gulch at latitude 380 37' 34" N and longitude <br />105012' 58" W as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 3.6 <br />miles. This segment can be located on the Cripple Creek South U.S.G.s. <br />quadrangle. <br /> <br />b. Administration: For the stream segments in an unsurveyed area, the <br />. Division Engineer has determined for administrative purposes that the approximate. <br />. legal description of the instream flow termini as protracted :from U.S.G.S. arid/or <br />U.S.F.s. mapping is as follows: upstream terminus 1,600 feet from the south <br />section line and 2,050 feet :from the east section line, in the NW Y. SE Y.of Section. <br />9, Tl6S, R70W, 6"' P.M.; and downstream terminus 2,500 feet from the north <br />section line and 4,000 feet from the east section line, in the SW Y. NW Y. of Section <br />27, T16S,R70W, 6th P.M. <br /> <br />5. Use of the water: <br /> <br />Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />6. Date of initiation of appropriation: <br /> <br />January 26, 2000. <br /> <br />7..
