(1996). <br /> <br />The instream flow appropriation on Snowmass Creek is <br />decreased as set forth below: <br /> <br />.1. On the reach of Snowmass Creek between Snowmass <br />Lake and West Snowmass Creek, the CWCB's Snowmass Creek instream <br />flow water right decreed in Case No. W-2943 shall be reduced to 9 <br />cfs, from April 1 through October 15, and 4 cfs, from October 16 <br />through March 31. . <br /> <br />2. On the reach of Snowmass Creek between Capitol Creek <br />and the Roaring Fork River, the CWCB's Snowmass Creek instream <br />flow water right decreed in Case No. W-2943 shall be reduced to <br />11 cfs from October 16 through March 31. <br /> <br />3. On the reach of Snowmass Creek between West Snowmass <br />Creek and Capitol Creek, the CWCB's Snowmass Creek instream flow <br />water right decreed in Case No. W-2943 shall be reduced to one of <br />the four multi-stage instream flows depicted in Table 1 (below) <br />during the period from October 16 through March 31 of each year. <br />Determination of the multi-stage instream flow that is to be use <br />throughout the October 16 through March 31 period shall be <br />predicated on an instream flow trigger which is defined as the <br />
