The purpose of this <br />appropriation by the state of colorado is to insure the <br />preservation of a minimum stream level to protect the <br />natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />July 11, 1978 <br /> <br />The date of appropriation: <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The amount of water: <br /> <br />7 cubic feet per second <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />The Applicant, by Stipulation, does not acknowledge at <br />this time any rights to water by the United States of <br />America, but in the future if the United States of America <br />shall seek appropriate jUdicial determination of any <br />claimed water rights in the watershed involved herein, the <br />Applicant stipulates and agrees that its right shall be <br />sUbject to any adjudicated senior right of the United <br />States of America. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />The priority herein awarded said North Fork Middle Boulder <br />Creek was filed in the Water Court in the year of 1978 and <br />shall be administered as having been filed in that year; <br />and shall be junior to all priorities filed in previous <br />years.
