Statements of Opposition were filed by the City of Thornton and the United States. A stipulation was reached with the United States and the statement of opposition withdrawn. . The legal description of the structure: The natural stream channel from Montgomery Reservoir in Section 14, Township 8 South, Range 78 West of the 6th P.M., Park County, at a point approximately 2200 feet North and 700 feet West of the SE Corner, Section 14, as the upstream terminus and the confluence with Buckskin Creek in Section 12, Township 9 South, Range 78 West of the 6th P.M., at a point approximately 2300 feet South of the N~ Corner, Section l2. 4.
