United states of America filed a Stipulation in the matter.

6. That on November 26, 1980, the Water Judge remanded

the case to the undersigned Water Referee and directed that

the terms of the aforesaid Stipulation be incorporated into

and confluci1Le North I!onument Creek in SI'I/4 SE/4 Section 5,
Township 11 South, Range 67 l~est, 6th P.I.!. as the downstream
terminus, bein~ a distance of approximately 8.1 miles. This
segment can be located on the Mt. Deception, Palmer Lake
U.S.G.S. quadrangle.

SOURCE OF WATER: Stream as described.

PRIORITY DATE: }lay 7, 1980, provided, however that this right
shall be JunIor to all priorities awarded in cases filed prior
to 1980, and otherwise junior as provided in C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-
