This segment <br />can be located on the Sams, Grayhead U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments(s) in an <br />unsurveyed area, the division engineer has determined for <br />administrative purposes that the approximate legal descrip- <br />tion of the instream flow termini as protrac'ted from <br />U.S.F.S. Planimetric (1:31,680) mapping is-as follows: <br />Upstream terminus in the NE/4 NE/4 SE/4 S36 T44N RIOW NMPM <br />approximately 290 ft. West of East Line; 2080 ft. North of <br />South Line; downstream terminus in the SW/4 SW/4 SW/4 S25 <br />T43N RlOW NMPM approximately 70 ft. East of West Line; 500 <br />ft. North of South Line. <br /> <br />Priority date: July 13, 1984 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in <br />cases filed prior to 1984, and otherwise junior as provided <br />in section 37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Instream flow amount: 4.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br /> <br />-2- <br />
