The natural stream channel from headwaters in vicinity
of Latitude 40032'48" North, LongitUde 105054'03" West
in an unsurveyed area but it appears to be in the E~,
Section 27, Township 7 North, Range 76 West of the
6th P.M., Larimer County; as the upstream terminus and
Section 25, Township 7 North, Range 76 West of the 6th
P.M., at a point approximately 1400 feet North and
300 feet East of the SW Corner of Section 25, as the
downstream terminus, a distance of approximately 1.5
miles.
