The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of lat. 40 deg. 50'14" N long. 10S deg. 4S'09" W as the <br />upstream terminus. and extending to the confluence with <br />Panhandle Creek at lat. 40 deg. Sl'S7" N. long. 10S deg. <br />42'18~ W as the downstream terminus, -being a distance of <br />approximately 3.6 miles. This segment can be located on <br />the Deadman and South Bald Mountain U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upstream terminus in the NW/4 sec. <br />13, TION, R7SW, 6th P.M.; downstream terminus in the NE/4 sec. 5, <br />TI0N, R74W, 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3. The amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />Instream flow of 1.0 c.f.s. (May 1 through Oct. 31); O.S <br />c.f.s. (Nov. 1 through April 30). <br /> <br />6. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1987 Supp.).
