The source of the water is West Fork Red Dirt Creek, tributary to th~ Colorado River. 5. The description of beginning and end points of minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from the headwaters at latitude 39051 '13" ~iorth and longitude 107006'13" West as the upstream terminus and extending to the confl uence wi th East Fork Red Di rt Creek in the NE1/411El/4 Sec. 3, T. 3. 5., R. 86 W.. 6th P.M.! as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approximat~ll 5.9 miles. For administrative purposes only, the upstream terminus iYthe head\laters located in the SW1/4NW1/4, Sec. 25, T. 2 S., R. 87 W., 6th P.M. 6. The use of the water is to appropriate such minimum stream flows as are required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. J 7.
